KU athletes Jerome Kemp and the already embattled John Randle had a fight Saturday, which was broken up by 19 y.o. Hooters employee Katie Kanak. Randle fled the scene until he was apprehended and charged with battery and disorderly conduct. No other charges filed.

23-year-old KU student Patrick Allen reported that he was attacked on March 17 and robbed by three non-white assailants on the 800 block of Massachusetts St. He reported this incident on the 11th of April, because he left for Spring Break directly after and otherwise had reasons not to report the attack until now.

A fight outside of Abe and Jakes bar on Saturday night between two black males, a 21 and 22 year old, ended with the 22 year old suspect arrested. The suspect had fled the scene after the victim's gold teeth fell out during the scuffle. Six gold teeth belonging to the victim, and a gun were recovered. The two men were from Topeka and Overland Park.

No suspects yet in the battery cases pending, in which joggers and walkers on various portions of Wakarusa Street have been shot with paintballs or pelted with water balloons. Two cases so far, both of which occurred on Saturday afternoon.

Three juveniles were charged with criminal damage, disturbing the peace, and MIP when they tagged the side of the Hawk with spraypaint on Saturday night.
