Case #02-06-4854. Date of report: 4/18/06. Date of crime: unknown. Vic: Sarah Smith (KU student). Charges: Criminal trespassing, eavesdropping. Suspect entered vic's apartment & installed camera to bedroom window with tape. Victim did not notice camera until curtain rod was lying on bed some time later. Police department canvassed area. Still under investigation.

Case #02-06-4872 Date of report: 4/19/06. Vic: Erin Dunlap (KU student). Charges: Aggravated Burglary. Vic was in shower when she heard a loud noise. After shower, vic walked to back of house and noticed the rear door off its hinges and hanging by the door chain. 2x2 window shattered. No entry by suspect. Vic saw suspect standing on sidewalk south of house.

Case #03-06-981 Eldon Miller Charge: Aggravated escape from custody Eldon was in the law enforcement center at 9:25 a.m. for an appointment with his probation officer, was served with warrant, decided to try to run away. Caught by 2 female deputy sheriffs on stairs.

Case #02-06-4815 Charge: Criminal use of a weapon Anonymous tip said 16 year old male had possession of metal knuckles in backpack at Southwest Junior High School.
