cop beat Monday, 3/6

Michael Wagner, KU student, reported Criminal Damage on 3/5/06 at 717 New Jersey St. between 20:15 and 21:15
Forced entry in to vehicle and damage to the dash est. at $100. The following was stolen:
Pioneer cd player- $250
Est. 45 cds- $675

Roquita Garcia, Ku student, reported Domestic Battery (criminal restraint) at her residence 3700 clinton parkway on 3/5/06 between 1500-1505
No weapon was involved
Suspect is 19 y/o white male, officers responded to a 911 hangup. The suspect wouldn’t allow victim to call for help
line was busy when department tried to call back
Officers arrived observed victim walking dog on side of complex, looked upset, she and b/f had been in argument.


Student Molly Ogren reported theft of her Apple G4 powerbook in Naismith Hall 3/4-3/5 1930-0200 hours valued at $2500
Entered victim’s unlocked bedroom and stole the laptop.
Suspect 18 y/o white male
Suspect Riley Dylan Rohling was arrested 3/5 (Sunday afternoon at 14:11)
Suspect developed after interviews around area
Suspect denies knowledge of how he could have came in to possession
Rohling also lives in naismith hall.
